Machining

The combination of CNC milling, CNC lathe turning with live tooling, and bevelling services provides a powerful suite of capabilities for fabricating stainless steel components.

With minimal waste and high repeatability, CNC machining and bevelling offer cost-effective solutions for stainless steel fabrication. The precision of these machines means less material is wasted, and the efficiency of live tooling reduces the man-power required, lowering overall production costs.

Advanced CNC machines offer precise control over cutting operations, ensuring parts are manufactured with consistent quality and tight tolerances.

CNC Milling

CNC milling is a process that involves the use of computer-controlled rotating cutting tools to remove material from a workpiece, allowing the creation of highly precise and complex shapes. It’s ideal for fabricating 3D components with intricate geometries from stainless steel.

Our CNC milling machines are capable of extremely tight tolerances, typically within microns. This level of precision is crucial when fabricating components for industries like aerospace and medical devices, where even the smallest deviation can compromise performance or safety. Once programmed, CNC milling machines offer consistent results across large production runs. This means you can produce identical stainless steel parts with minimal variations, making the process highly efficient and cost-effective.

CNC Lathes

CNC lathes are used for turning operations, where the workpiece is rotated while cutting tools remove material to shape the part. For stainless steel machining, CNC lathes with live tooling capabilities offer additional flexibility, allowing the machine to perform both turning and milling operations in a single setup.

Our CNC lathe has a max turning diameter of 390mm and a max turning length of 600mm, making it suitable for processing large stainless steel components. The machine’s bar working diameter of 65-81mm also allows for the efficient processing of stainless steel bars into smaller, more complex components.

Bevelling Service

Having a stainless steel bevelling machine capable of creating bevelled edges offers unparalleled precision and flexibility in preparing stainless steel plates for various applications. Our state-of-the-art bevelling process ensures that your stainless steel components meet the highest standards for welding preparation, safety and aesthetic appeal.

For components that require welding, a bevelled edge ensures that the welded joint has proper penetration and strength. Stainless steel components with beveled edges reduce the risk of defects like cracks or porosity in the weld. Bevelling also removes sharp edges that can pose a safety risk to workers handling the material. In some cases, bevelling is used for aesthetic purposes or to create parts that fit together with greater precision.

Whether you need complex 3D parts, cylindrical components, or perfectly bevelled edges for welding and assembly, these advanced machining technologies ensure the highest quality and reliability for stainless steel fabrication.

By integrating these services into our production workflow, you can achieve better performance, shorter lead times and cost-effective results across all stages of stainless steel processing.
